Objective[]
Perform a Double Kidney Transplant without the patient dying.
Procedure[]
- Cut the large intestine with a scalpel and remove it. The spots to cut appear a darker red to the rest of the intestine, and are as follows:
- On the lower right, near the colon.
- On the middle-lower left of the small intestine.
- Cut the connection between the stomach and the small intestine with a scalpel and remove the intestine.
- OPTIONAL: Cut the top of the stomach where it meets the esophagus and remove it. Additionally, rip out the liver.
- Cut the kidneys with a scalpel near the yellow canals
- Remove the two kidneys (If you cannot grab them, use a pen, spoon, or other non-damaging object to lever them out of their pockets.)
- Implant the replacement kidneys. They must be aligned such that the "hole" on their surface roughly matches up with the yellow canals.

Trivia[]
- Originally, the gallbladder was present near the left kidney and liver. It is removed in the A&E Anniversary Edition, presumably because it could not be removed and thus made it difficult to replace the left kidney.
- Since all of the sweet spots are exposed, and no mandatory bones need to be broken, this surgery can be completed without blood loss.
