Perform a Double Kidney Transplant while in an ambulance.
Procedure[]
Follow the procedure of the standard Double Kidney Transplant. The only difference in this surgery is that the tools and organs will sometimes fly through the vehicle as the driver aggressively takes on some curves.
Always remember to check if the new Kidneys are still in the medical box or somewhere safe.
