I am Bread is game made by Bossa Studios that is a prequel to Surgeon Simulator 2013. You play as a slice of bread that aims to become toast by the use of any heat-emitting objects, with the level being failed if the slice becomes too inedible or soaked by water.
Relation to Surgeon Simulator[]
The ending cutscene reveals that Bob Murton has been going insane because of a slice of bread before the events of Surgeon Simulator. Before the credits roll, you can see Nigel's hand grabbing Bob, followed by the first few seconds of Surgeon Stimulator.
