"Like A Wet Paper Towel" was first uttered by Michael Jones of Rooster Teeth during an episode of Rage Quit with Gavin Free after Gavin accidentally threw the new heart into the wall.
In the A&E Anniversary version of the game, developers made "Like a Wet Paper Towel" a Trophy in the game, referencing this incident. To get the achievement, all you have to do is pick up the new heart and toss it across the screen onto the wall to the left.
