Appearance and Uses[]
The liver in game has a large lobe on the left side and a smaller side on the right. It has a small line seperating the lobes. The liver is located under one of the Lungs and borders the Stomach. The liver can be removed simply by pulling it out.
Trivia[]
- The liver, along with the lungs, are the only organs that do not need to be cut out.
- A real life liver is much bigger than depicted in-game.
