Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality (also known as Surgeon Simulator: ER) is the second game in the Surgeon Simulator series. It is a VR game, and the only VR game in the series so far. A VR headset is required to play the game. It includes all of the operations from Surgeon Simulator 2013, as well as exclusive new features, such as Brain Transplant in the dark, a handheld camera, and new achievements.
Distinctive Features[]
- There is now a voice that speaks to you in the alien transplant.
- You can move a light and magnifying tool in all transplants excluding eye and brain.
- The corridor levels are removed, possibly because of hardware issues or that the movement could give ill effects on players.
- Cabinets are available in the operation theatres, containing some tools. They are also present in Nigel's desk. These of which contain crumpled up balls of paper.
- Things become interesting in the ambulance because when you open some cabinets in an ambulance, you will find all organs but the organs of the corresponding level you are playing. (e.g. Kidney Transplant contains heart and brain.)
- In space, you are given a lantern, and a valve to bring things toward you, and a lever to change gravity.
- In the space teeth transplant, Bob is seen without his eye mask.
