You can see the new blood on the hand.
Surgeon Simulator for the PlayStation 4 Was announced at E3 on June 10, 2014. The new controls include the left and right dirctional pads, two of the shoulder buttons, and the motion sensor capabilities of the PS4, which are used to rotate the hand. They also changed the blood so that the blood covering the hand is way more saturated and visible. The organs have been modified slighty making them look more meaty.
