It looks to me that most of them (organs) are references to Youtubers who played the game. As noted before, the names of the organs are probibly references to famous youtubers who are huge for there "Surgeon Simulator 2013" Videos. I can also say that the Cubed Trangrifer is referencing Nerdcubed, and the Gavichal is referencing Gavin Free and Michael Jones from Rooster Teeth. It should be noted that wasn't the first time "Team Nice Dynamite" was referenced in "Surgeon Simulator". In there "Surgeon Simulator 2013" Rage Quit, Gavin chucked the "Good" heart at the wall, then Michael yelled at him, saying that he threw it away "Like a Wet Paper Towel".
