I might go ahead and create a better front page for the wiki if the current owner gives me his okay. It'd look a lot like this: w:c:bindingofisaac as I was one of the designers of that wiki.

Operations and their pages

So the current way we solve the naming of the operationpages is kind of odd. I am used to naming things like Heart (Operation), Heart (Ambulance), etc. etc. to create disambig pages that give the user a wonderful assortment of the possible pages. It should look like this for the Heart:

Maybe it's just my OCD but I love it when words are perfectly aligned.
