Trisha is a unseen character in Surgeon Simulator 2013. She is the girlfriend of Nigel Burke.

You can call her, and there are several puzzles for this character because of the new free DLC, Codename: Trisha.
On several sticky notes seen throughout the game, there are many instances of Trisha's phone number, with it being crossed out. Calling Trisha herself is involved with the mini-ARG to unlock a hidden surgery, but the notes being crossed out may be related to his blog entries about his troubles calling Trisha.
