Donald J. Trump is the 45th president of the United States of America, and a bonus patient.
Trump's surgery is like the regular heart transplant, but with special tools like the laser and alien star being available, and some tools being made of gold. Along with this, there are 2 types of hearts that can be transplanted, both inside a suitcase that needs to be opened. One is made of gold, and the other of stone, with the idea of the player casting a vote on how they feel about the (then) presidential candidate through choosing a heart.
Among other decorative props (that will still deal damage!), 2 new tools appear. A new type of needle and Trump vodka.
